Main Studio
Our main studio is regular used for dance / fitness classes and can be used for multi-purpose use including children parties, hen parties (see pages for packages), baby showers, corporate workshops, mother & baby groups, art showings, photography more.
Rates depend on the purpose of hire.
We also provide the whole premise to film and productions companies on a daily rate.

Treatment / Therapy room
Our treatment & therapy room is a beautiful and relaxing room. We have 2 lounge chairs (if wanted) and a high quality massage bed available for use, should you not have your own (at an additional cost). It can be used for therapy and counselling sessions, beauty, massage and aesthetics. There is a lounge / kitchen area outside the treatment room where clients can wait and relax in between sessions. Situated to the left of our main entrance is a beautiful small garden with a seating area where clients can also relax before and after sessions.
Our Treatment room can be hired hourly, daily or monthly on a fixed term / adhoc basis.
