This is a class to instil rigorous classical Cecchetti ballet technique but to all the top hits, pop, hip hop and sometimes classical that children love to dance to, training playfully.
Whether or not these are the first few steps on the road to being the next Carlos Acosta or Darcy Bussell, regular ballet classes can improve posture, flexibility and fitness, memorising variations, confidence and above all it’s oodles of fun.

My teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series, which is an energetic set sequence of synchronised movement and breath designed to cleanse the body and focus the mind. I love adapting classes to make them accessible for beginners and exploring asana modifications for individuals as I believe Ashtanga yoga can be for everyone.
Short form Ashtanga vinyasa classes will include guided breathing exercises followed by sun salutations and sections of the primary series. This concludes with asana designed to slow the breath and recentre.

What is KAP- Kundalini Activation Process?
KAP is a direct energy transmission that activates the process of Kundalini awakening. In a KAP session, spontaneous movements can and do arise. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realisations. But these are just some of the side effects that can and do happen.
A profound rewiring of the brain structure and central nervous system happens with continued exposure. Every “symptom” or sign of a kundalini awakening, from the earliest signs to the later end manifestations, are seen regularly in participants.
In a session, you lie down on a yoga mat. Some music is played. The facilitator touches or presses some of the chakra or meridian points on your body. That’s it. That’s all that happens on the outside. What happens on the inside is a totally different story…
Even though clients might go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions.

Fresh In Your Heels
Tuesdays (fortnightly) 7:10pm - 8:10pm
Dance is my number one passion in life. I studied ballet, tap & modern from the age of 5 – 11. However I was always excited and inspired by Breaking and Hip Hop style dance. One of my favourite films from a very young age is ‘Breakdance’. Prior to Fresh I was in a street dance troupe from the age of 13 – 19. I have taught dance in Bristol and Bath since the age of 19 to young people and adults.
My career expanded as a Choreographer when I taught in The Egg, Theatre Royal Bath in 2007-2010 and created dance pieces for Plays. One of which, ‘ Max & Beth’ toured to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2009. In 2012 I was hired to dance for a club in China for 3 months. In 2018 my troop and I were in the film 'The Festival'; we played the part as the dancers on the main stage at the festival. It was a fantastic experience and opportunity. I get a huge buzz watching my choreography come to life and an even bigger buzz from performing. Dance to me is like breathing!

Kids’ Ballet
Ages 6-11 year olds
Wednesday’s 4:30-5:15pm
Term time only
I am Anna. I’ve been dancing ballet since the age of 3 - it is the love and crutch of my life second only to family. Whether it’s nurturing the ballet stars of the next generation, helping a little one conquer their shyness, giving their parents the endorphin high of a great class or helping their grandparents grow back an extra couple of centimetres (true story!) I am keen for everyone to enjoy the benefits of the lifelong companion ballet can be.
I’ve been teaching children and adults as well as performing classical ballet for almost twenty years. I trained with Chelsea Ballet Schools founded by Dorothy Ind, Tokyo International Ballet, K Ballet and the late Joan Hewson whose lineage of teaching of Cecchetti Method goes back to Cecchetti himself, (who taught for Diaghilev) through Margaret Craske to Ms Saul to Joan herself.

Aimee Milne
Ashtanga Vinyasa classes
Wednesdays 5.45-6.45pm
My name is Aimee and I am an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher. My primary focus is building a friendly, welcoming community and holding a safe space for people to show up as they are.
I am fascinated by the workings of the human body including anatomy and the mind-body connection. I am constantly learning and love using this knowledge base to support and empower my students to cultivate a practice that works for them.
I found yoga at a young age and would regularly attend classes with my mum. My love for yoga grew during my time at university when I discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. I completed my 200 hour John Scott teacher training in 2020 with Claire Berghorst. Since then I have taught a mix of online and in person classes including short form Ashtanga Vinyasa classes and restorative classes.

Clara Collings
KAP- Kundalini Activation Process
Group Energy Transmission Class
Wednesday’s 7-9pm
Clara has trained as a Holistic Massage, Tantric Massage, Reiki and VortexHealing. She also runs an online business suppling frequencies devices that harmonise electromagnetic radiation.
Clara first found Kap because she had a Kundalini awakening and was experiencing what is named as ‘Kundalini Syndrome’, this is where normal life vanishes, the basics of sleep, normal sensory perception and metal stability are not present.
Kap offered grounding, calmed the system and aligned her with the practise of surrendering and opened her to the gifts that this Kundalini blessing was offering. She has been working with this process for over two years and is now a facilitator that can offer this transmission to others.

Libby Elm
Vinyasa Flow
Tuesdays 6pm - 7pm
Libby’s Yoga journey began back when she was about 15. She was diagnosed with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis in her knee and as a result was very limited to physical activities and sport. She was encouraged to try Yoga, and so the love affair began.
Libby’s teaching style is playful and intuitive, and students are encouraged to move at their own pace, finding that sweet balance of softness and strength. Expect classes to be fluid and explorative, delving deep into the body and the breath with an ever evolving element as we tune into the seasons, weather and nature.
