Anna Loveridge

Anz studied Traditional Thai Yoga Massage at Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai in 2018. Thai massage is a floor based treatment combining assisted yoga stretches with acupressure techniques. Sessions use pressure to dissolve physical tension and trace the energy lines of the body to shift stuck emotions, whilst incorporating guided breaths to rebalance the nervous system.

 

Anz uses her training in Integrative Sound Healing with The SHA and to activate the body’s natural healing abilities during treatments by using instruments on and off the body. Sonic waves and vibration patterns can effectively penetrate the body on a cellular level to help regulate emotions, ease anxiety, improve sleep and release physical tension in the body.
