This Carnival Dance Fusion Workshop is here to make you move, sweat and groove!
What to Expect:
🕺 Fun for Everyone:This class is suitable for ALL levels including beginners. We will take it step - by - step, questions are welcome and you will have a chance to bring out your inner carnival spirit!
🎶 Great Music: I'll be mixing up music from all of the islands, so get ready for the infectious beats of soca, dancehall, reggae and more!
💃 Carnival Vibes: We will be bringing the vibes of the Caribbean to the dance floor!
About The Instructor:
Lildonia is a wellbeing coach, yoga instructor and fitness instructor. She loves movement and especially using the medium of dance for fun and fitness! Lildonia is of Caribbean heritage and will be sure to bring you authentic and inspiring Caribbean Vibes!
